I’m moving to a new city and I always get a new pair of sunglasses when I make a big move. I got a pair of Le Specs 5 years ago when I moved across the country and they’ve served me well but it was a time for a new look. I ordered these, they shipped very quickly, and they looked great on me, but then there was a small defect: there was some distorted serial number print on the outside of the frame near the temple. I sent an email to customer service with a picture of the defect and they sent me a replacement pair at no cost immediately, I had the new glasses even before my move happened.
One other thing regarding the fit of the sunglasses: I have a •big• head lol. These fit well even with that challenge, not always the case for sunglasses. Will definitely be looking to buy another pair when I need a new go-to look.
