Warranty

Our Policy

Our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. The coverage of this warranty differs per brand. Coverage is only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser's expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase, or to Sunshades Eyewear. Sunshades Eyewear will repair or replace faulty frames that are covered by the warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Extended warranty
Products from Aire, Cancer Council, Fiorelli, Glarefoil, Le Specs, Luv Lou and Solarized come with the option to register your sunglasses for complimentary extended warranty. To register your sunglasses from these brands simply complete the form below.
